Earrings from Anna Dello Russo x H&M collection

UPDATE: Anna Dello Russo necklace review here

I recently managed to lay my hands on the Anna Dello Russo for H&M earrings that I've wanted to get for some time. I don't actually like the entire collection as the accessories are all too loud and flashy for me, and these hoops are one of the simpler designs. I've no idea what creature it is, but I think it's some form of reptile.

As seen on the underside of the box, there is no name for the earring, so I'm not sure what it's called either. I assume that it's a snake or serpent, or some sort of cobra. A very opulent looking one too!

I've always been a fan of H&M collaborations, and I've collected the lovely accessories over the past years. I'm not so much into the clothes, so I don't have any apparel from the past collection. Here, the ADR earring is compared against the Versace Cruise earring. The hoop is much bigger for the Versace one.

The best part of the earring is the post. It is super sturdy compared to the usual hoop (as with the ones for the Versace Cruise hoops). For the Versace hoops, I've to be extremely careful when wearing the earrings to make sure that I don't break the snap-on posts which look very fragile.

For the ADR earrings, the post-back definitely makes it very comfortable and sturdy! It's a good and very considerate design, especially when the earrings are quite heavy.

Love the very lush looking drawer/box! I shall use the mini drawer to stash my little accessories and other goodies. Looks too pretty to be sitting inside the cupboards!
