Essence Marble Mania Blush

I got the Marble Mania blush some time earlier with my other essence goodies, but never got around to use it. I recently started on it and it's my daily blush now. This is my first powder blush from essence, and I'm impressed with the hue payoff and the shimmers. It's a good everyday color and adds a nice healthy flush to the cheeks!

The blush looks like a nice warm tone of plum with pink and gold swirls. It's a simple pan with a clear cover. I find it quite hard to open as the catch is very tight, but it should be easier to pry open with more use (I hope!)

The shade is called Swirlpool, and the pan has 7g of product, which is quite a bit and can last for quite some time!

When swatched on a white piece of tissue, the color payoff is pretty strong. The gold flakes cannot be seen in the swatch, but there's quite a bit of iridescent glitter. The gold makes the plum more muted and warm.

I'm pretty impressed with the essence products that I've tried so far, and this blush does not disappoint indeed. I'm looking forward to try the other powder blushes in the line! I like to layer this over the essence cream blush for a more lasting flush, but when worn on it's own, it can last for the day without touch-ups.
