I had featured the Etude House Color Pop nail polishes previously in this post. Today, I shall share some DIY nail art ideas using the nail colors from the collection! I love how vibrant, pigmented and bright the polishes are. I came up with 4 different designs. Instructions and tips after the jump!

Etude House Color Pop Reveal and Bling by the Sea

It's almost the end of summer, and Etude House has released a new round of products! I received the new nail polishes from Etude House. In the previous round of Summer Nails, the colors are bright and cheerful. This time, the nail polishes are also very bright! The palette featured for the Summer Pop Collection is blue and green. In conjunction with the Bling by the Sea makeup collection, a few glitter nail polishes have also been released. I got 2 of them to try out!

Maybelline Lash Factory False Eyelashes

Maybelline released a couple of false eyelash kits in Japan, and I managed to pick some up recently! I was quite excited to find them. Being a huge fan of Maybelline mascaras, this is something that I had been looking forward to. There are 3 'eye-types' with 2 corresponding lashes for each type. There's the single eyelid, hidden double-eyelid and double eyelid. It's made specially for Asian eye shapes. I got myself 2 different ones, both for double eyelid. As above, each kit comes with 2 pairs of lashes and the glue is sold separately.

Hello Kitty Bento Mook

There was a Kinokuniya sale over the weekend, with 20% off for members. I managed to get a few goodies during my trip to town and feel quite happy about it! One of the fun things I got was a Sanrio Bento mook. There has been quite a few Sanrio mooks recently, but this bento is the first one that I've seen that's related to food.

DIY Cappuccino Mix

I love pretty teacups and teapots, but I don't use them very often. When I am out and about, I usually drink my tea and coffee from my beloved tumblers. Over the weekend, I decided to try out some coffee-making and play around with the ingredients I had in the kitchen.

I managed to whip up a nice hazelnut cappuccino. I added a dash of chocolate on the foam, and a slight sprinkle of cinnamon to add a unique twist to my coffee. The result was quite lovely, and I enjoyed the dink! And I feel very delighted to drink my own concoction from a lovely teacup too.

I am looking forward to try out other combinations for my coffee... shall be more adventurous and add more unconventional flavors!
